School Uniform Policy
Rio Vista Elementary is a uniform school. Please review our school uniform policy below.
Uniforms are defined as the following:
- Plain white or dark/light blue polo shirts (without writing, pictures or symbols)
- Dark blue or khaki pants/shorts/skirts/jumpers.
- Socks/Tights must be plain navy, white, or gray. No patterned tights.
- Black is not part of our uniform colors.
Uniforms must be worn every day (except for school sanctioned spirit days). This includes the last day of school and all field trips.
Our school has partnered with a program called Operation School Bell through Assistance League Diablo Valley to provide a set of free school uniforms to our students. Included in the set are shirts and pants/skorts. The sign-up form to receive free uniforms is only available at the beginning of the school year. Please inquire during walk-through registration to complete.
